Nexsoul® Return & Refund Policy

At Nexsoul®, we are committed to delivering authentic, high-quality spiritual jewellery with care and transparency. Every product undergoes a strict quality check before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.

Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.
Once an order is processed or dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Eligibility for Return or Replacement

A return or replacement may be requested only in the following cases:

  • Product received in a damaged condition
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Manufacturing defect identified at the time of delivery

Customers are requested to inform us at the earliest and preferably within 24 hours of delivery, along with a clear unboxing video and supporting images. Requests raised beyond this timeframe may not be eligible for review.

Missing Item Policy

Any missing item concerns must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. A clear unboxing video and relevant images are mandatory. Claims reported after 72 hours may not be entertained.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • The product must be unused and unworn
  • Original packaging, box, tags, and accessories must be intact
  • The item must be returned in its original condition, without signs of wear or damage
Non-Returnable and Non-Replaceable Items

Returns or replacements are not applicable in the following cases:

  • Size-related preferences or fitting concerns
  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Minor color or design variations due to lighting or screen differences
  • Products damaged after delivery or due to customer handling
  • Washed, worn, or altered items
  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Customized or energized products, unless received damaged or incorrect
Return / Replacement Process

All return or replacement requests are subject to verification and inspection. Nexsoul® reserves the right to approve or decline any request based on eligibility criteria and inspection outcome.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI / Card / Bank). Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval and verification.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved due to damage, defect, or incorrect item, return shipping is arranged or covered by Nexsoul®. In rare, exceptional cases approved outside standard policy, a handling and logistics fee may apply.

Important Notice

Nexsoul® reserves the right to decline requests that do not meet eligibility criteria, refuse replacements or refunds in cases of repeated misuse or policy abuse, and take the final decision after product inspection and verification.
